Partners
The project “Global Goals – Made local” was initiated in 2017 with umdenken – Heinrich Böll Stiftung Hamburg e.V. (now: Heinrich Böll Stiftung Hamburg e.V.). During the course of the project, the team worked with different project partners depending on the respective theme, in order to involve as many people as possible from various professional and thematic backgrounds in the content and design of the mural panels. Over the years, this included the Global Learning Center of the Hamburg-East Church District, the Office for Cultural and Media Projects gGmbH, and the association Alternation e.V. / Minitopia.
In addition to these project partners, each responsible for a two-year period, many individuals, institutions, and organizations contributed to the creation and further development of this project and its murals. They advised us, shared their experiences with street and urban art, discussed art and sustainability with us, contributed to the content and artistic development of the murals, and last but not least, supported the project organizationally and financially.
